80 ccs of olive oil 5 chopped olives 2 teeth of chopped garlic 0.5 chopped onion 250 grams of clean jaiba, the pulp 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs 300 grams of white sin in fillet 2 teaspoons of parsley chopped 1 pinch of pepper 1 pinch of salt 1 tomato chopped |
Ingredients to make baked Jaiba:
