Ajillo squid recipe

To start making our calamar recipe to the Ajillo, the first step is to prealist all the ingredients.

Ingredients to squid to Ajillo:
500 grams of squid rings.
1 large white onion.
30 grams of fresh parsley.
Garlic paste.
Salt.
Pepper.
Olive oil.
1 cup of white wine (optional)

2. Wash the onion and cut into small pictures.





3. Take a pan over medium heat add a tablespoon of olive oil and add the white onion. Suffere with salt and pepper to taste.





4. Once the onion is stifled add the squid rings. Suffere for about five minutes.





5. Add the garlic in paste (approximately half teaspoon) salt, pepper and the finely chopped parsley. Finally add the white wine and let cook for 5 more minutes. Take the fire and let keep for a couple of minutes.
