2 kg. of clams
1 onion
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon of bread zest

2. They put the clams in a saucepan over high heat without adding water.

3. When the water they release start to boil, the chopped parsley is added.

4. In a pan with a little oil (approximately 3 tablespoons) the onion is well chopped.

5. When transparent, add the paprika. The content of the pan is turned on the casserole where the clams are.

6. Add the spoonful of breadcrumbs and boil before serving them.

7. As you will see one wears wine and the other does not, and one carries paprika and the other does not.

8. I personally put a teaspoon of paprika and a little wine.
