Tkemali Salsa Recipe

Plums must be removed in vinegar throughout the night.

Ingredients to make tkemali sauce:
24 Bone sour plums Dry
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 cups of water
1 clove of garlic peeled
3 teaspoons of fresh cilantro cut
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 of shredded red pepper

Ingredients to make tkemali sauce:
