Tahini salsa recipe

Delicious Arab sauce to accompany the rich street dishes. Tahini sauce is a paste made to Sésamo, also known as sesame, which is used in the preparation of many typical dishes such as chickpea hummus. Do not stop trying it, you will love it!

Ingredients to make tahini sauce:
2 tablespoons of roasted ajonjoli
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of lemon (juice)
1 handful of fresh parsley
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, iron

Ingredients to make tahini sauce:

1. If you do not get sesame or roasted sesame, you can toast it yourself. First rinse with a little water, drain and take a pan for about 5 minutes until the seeds are brown.

2. Place the sesame along with the rest of the ingredients (except the parsley) in a spicy all or in the blender and crush until obtaining a homogeneous paste. You can replace the lemon with oil if you prefer.

3. If the mixture is very thick you can add a teaspoon of hot water to get a soft and lump-free texture. For the last finely pile the parsley and use it for the final decoration.

4. Tahini or Tahina sauce you can store it in a hermetic bottle in the fridge. You can try it with toasted bread or use it to prepare the classic Babaganoush of eggplant, delicious!
