We remove the spinach stems and clean the leaves of chard and spinach with cold water.

For 4 people :: 1 kilo of spinach. 2 chard leaves. |

2. Troce in strips the leaves and put them to cook in water with salt about 12-15 minutes (5 minutes in fast pot).
3. Once cooked, we take out the leaves from the casserole and well drained (so that they release all the water) we chop them in small pieces.
4. We chop the onion and garlic in Brunoise (fine minced).
5. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan, with very hot oil.
6. When the onion and garlic begin to take color, we add the Serrano ham for a few moments (if we skip it more than a minute gives an excessively salty flavor).
7. Add the spinach and chard to the pan and saute everything together about 4-5 more minutes.
8. If you want to be dry in excess we can add a few tablespoons of cooking water of spinach and chard.
9. We serve hot accompanied by roasted breads.
