Special Catalan Salsa Recipe

When it boils 10 lobster tails and get the meat, serve them with this sauce.

Ingredients to make Special Catalan sauce for lobsters:
Half cup of olive oil
very large onion
4 cloves of garlic, cortaditos
2 cups serrano ham, fine fine
2 cups of peeled tomatoes
1/2 cup of tarro pimples of jar
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1/2 cup of fish broth or canned clams juice
1/4 cup of cognac
1/2 Cup of roasted and well crushed almonds
1/4 cup of very thin cut parsley.
Salt to taste.
