Ingredients to make chicken meatball sauce:
1. Start by chopping onion and garlic and put in a pot with olive oil over medium-low heat until they begin to brown.
2. Add the minced celery and leek and mix everything. Let saute 1 minute, stirring occasionally, before moving on to the next step. In this recipe I used a little of the green part of the leek to achieve a more intense flavor in the sauce to accompany chicken meatballs.
3. Desglasea with the wine The easy sauces sauce for chicken meatballs, that is, pour the wine and wait for it to evaporate. Then add the tomato and the carrot chopped too, mix, lower the fire and cook all covering the pot for 10-15 minutes.
Trick: The more time you leave cooking the thicker sauce, it will be, so if you want to cook for 30 minutes or 1 hour, it is better that you add a little more liquid (water or broth) so that it does not dry.
4. Crush the rapid sauce for chicken meatballs with the blender or the tunrmix leaving some pieces of whole vegetables if you want. Season to taste with pepper, oregano and salt and add homemade or bought chicken meatballs you have. Cover the pot and cook the set for 15 minutes.
Trick: The ideal is that the meatballs remain submerged in the sauce. If not, turn around 1 or 2 times during cooking.
5. You already have the tomato sauce for chicken meatballs! Surely you will like it.
