Ingredients to make romesco sauce with Thermomix:
1. The first step to make the famous Romesco sauce with Thermomix will be preparing the ingredients. We will start with the nuts, which can be obtained directly and peeled. For its part, the ñora must be soaked a minimum of 3 hours. If you wish you can leave it overnight. Finally, the tomatoes together with the garlic, make cuts in the form of a cross that are up to each tomato and cook for 40 minutes at 180º. Leave a clove of clove without cooking.
2. With the ingredients ready, the first step of this recipe with Thermomixix will be to add the slice of bread, nuts and raw garlic clove to the glass along with a pinch of salt. Crush everything programming for 30 seconds at speed 7.
