Recipe for bitter carrot sauce

This plum sauce is a bittersweet and thick sauce, perfect for accompanying meat, bird or vegetable meats, such as Seitán or Tofu. It is made with fresh plums that provide a fruit and summer touch to the sauce. Ingredients to make bittersweet carrot sauce:
4 plums
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 carrot
1 tablespoon of oil
1 pinch of salt
1 jet of apple vinegar
1 jet of soy sauce

Ingredients to make bittersweet carrot sauce:
