Potato recipe stuffed to the American

2 large potatoes 10 to 12 oz. (300-350 gr.) Each
4 oz. (120-150 gr.) From chopped green onion
4 oz. (120-140) of cooked bacon, chopped
2 oz. (60-70 gr.) From sour cream
2 oz. (60-70 gr.) From butter
salt
pepper at ease
8 oz. (250 gr.) Of grated cheese (mozzarella, or cheddar)

Ingredients to make the American stuffed potatoes:

2. Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil.

3. Bake at 350 degrees until they are soft.

4. Remove from aluminum foil and cut in half (long side).

5. Remove the potato with a spoon and leave the shell to fill.

6. In a bowl Add the potato, the green onion, bacon, sour cream, butter, half of the cheese (4 oz) grated cheese and salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

7. This procedure must be done when the potato is hot and not to mix for a long time because the potato becomes elastic.
