Parsley sauce recipe

Pera the very thin shalots and minces, poach them in the butter.

Ingredients to make parsley sauce:
2 tablespoons of butter
200 grs. of parsley root
3 parships of parsley
250 cc. of broth
125 grs. from cream
salt
3 shalots or onions
freshly ground white pepper
a splash of dry white wine
