Parcha sauce recipe

Muela everything in the blender.

Ingredients to make parcha sauce:
2 Shallots
(but you can use 2 small onions)
2 ounces butter
3 cup parcha juice, it is preferable to use parcha, but if not, buy the juice of parcha
1/4 cup sugar
1 cdta. Comino
1 cdta. pinch ginger fesco
1 ounce white wine

Ingredients to make parcha sauce:

2. Put in a pot and thicken with slurry (maicena dissolved in water.

3. Throw the wine and leave for 3 minutes.

4. Refrigerate.

5. It is rhythious with seafood, especially lobster.
