Onion jam recipe to red wine

1) Cut the onions into fine hoops. Sailing them with butter, salt and pepper and add the sugar. Cover and cook over low heat, removing from time to time.

Ingredients to make onion jam to red wine:
Preparation: 30 minutes, cooking: 1 h. at 1/2 h.:
1 kg. From onions
butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of pepper
150 gr. of sugar
150 gr. of Corinth raisins
2 blocks
3 glasses of good red wine
3/4 of vessel (of the wine) of red wine vinegar
3/4 of glass (of the wine) of Granada syrup.

Ingredients to make onion jam to red wine:

2. 2) Add the raisins, grated apples, red wine, vinegar and grenadine. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has evaporated.

3. Verify consistency and put in bottles, hot.

4. Close tightly and put face down until they cool.

5. In this way a vacuum is formed that keeps the preserves for almost a year.
