Mango AJI ingredients:
1. Prealist all ingredients to prepare our famous mango chili pepper. If you want, you can directly mix the mango juice with the squeezed lemon.
2. Chop the vegetables finely. You can chop the long or green onion, as fine as possible, and then the tomato in small pictures.
3. Place these ingredients in a bowl and mix well, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Stir everything well so that they are distributed uniformly in the bowl.
4. Next you must add the mango and lemon juice, mix everything well and then add a few drops of spicy sauce.
5. To end our mango dressing, it incorporates a jet of vinegar and oil. Mix and rectify flavor to taste.
