Jamaicin Platanos Recipe

Peel the bananas and cut them in half, throughout.

Ingredients to make Jamaican bananas:
6 platanos
tabasco mature
3 tablespoons of butter
6 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 glass of rum
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

Ingredients to make Jamaican bananas:

2. Derpit in a pan the butter and brown the bananas in it.

3. When they are well doraditos, lower the fire and add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and rum.

4. Tape the pan and let cook slowly until a sauce is formed with the consistency of an almibar.

5. Pass the bananas to a hot platon and immediately take them to the table.
