Learn to prepare a slightly spicy sauce made from delicious jalapeños chiles. A very Mexican recipe with which you can accompany any type of dishes.

Ingredients to make jalapeña sauce:
1. Suffry the onion, previously cut into slices, with a little butter along with the jalapeños, also sliced until both ingredients are slightly brown.
2. Then add the milk cream and season the preparation with a little salt if you consider it necessary. It also adds a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in water to give consistency to the sauce.
3. Let the sauce cook for a few minutes until it reduces the preparation a bit. Then, it crushes everything to get a liquid sauce and if you want a more homogeneous texture you can pass the sauce through a strainer.
4. Enjoy this jalapeña sauce and flavor your usual dishes, such as a grilled chicken breast, sauteed shrimp or your favorite food.
