Ingredients to make guacamole:

1. Guacamole can be done in two ways: if you prefer you can add all the ingredients in the blender and crush until you get a thick sauce or on the other hand, you can do it traditionally, crushing the ingredients by hand.

2. To make the traditional guacamole, peel the avocados and place them on a deep dish. Reserve the seed of the fruit separately. Crush the fruit with the help of a fork, crushing everything more or less uniform.

3. Cut the tomatoes and green chili in pictures as small as possible. The coriander also be cut finely.

4. Next mix the ingredients, stirring and crushing in an enveloping way so that everything is distributed uniformly. Correct the season with salt or spicy if you consider it necessary.

5. Keep the guacamole by placing the avocado seed inside the plate or container where you keep the preparation. Enjoy this typical Mexican dish with totopos, nachos, fajitas or whatever you want.
