Green mole ingredients:
1. To make this green mole recipe, first fry the garlic and onion with a little oil or butter until slightly brown.
2. Liquea clean vegetables, that is, lettuce, coriander, parsley, poblano chili, tomatillo and chives. Then, add the onion and garlic previously fried and, if you want to add some spicy, incorporate the mountain peppers. Season with oregano and Licua for at least 5 minutes to obtain a uniform consistency.
3. Tuesta el sesame, green pepita and peanuts. Move constantly so that they do not burn and reserve.
4. When the seeds are already roasted, lawful with a cup of chicken broth for at least 3 minutes. Then, in a pot with a little oil, empty the mixture and let it cold for 2 minutes to continue with the green mole recipe.
5. Then pour the liquefied vegetable mixture and add 2 more cups of chicken broth, season to taste and let it boil for 15 minutes. Move constantly. You can make your own homemade chicken broth and even use the water to cook the chicken.
