Ingredients to make dried tomato vinaigrette:
1. The first step to make our vinaigrette will be to work the dry tomato and cut it finely. I have used dry tomatoes in oil, but if you have completely dry, all you have to do is soak them in hot water and then drain them.
2. Then it is the turn of the onion and the garlic. Lava, pela and cut finely. If you prefer, instead of using a garlic clutch, you can use a teaspoon of garlic paste following the home recipe.
3. Now add all the ingredients in a small bowl. First the tomato, onion and garlic and then add the private herbs. I like these herbs but the mixture of basil and oregano is also very good. Mix everything well.
