Ingredients to make chipotle dip without cream:
1. We cut the cauliflower removing as much as possible the hard stems.
2. In a pan put olive oil and cauliflower, and move until it brown to continue with the preparation of the Dip of Chipotle.
3. Meanwhile, the Chipotle Seco we put it in boiling water until it softens. And if you want to use a canned chipotle, omit this step.
4. When the cauliflower is golden, we blend it with the parsley and the chipotle with its water, placing salt and pepper to taste. If you prefer, here you can add garlic and onion powder to enhance the taste of the Dip of Chipotle and cauliflower.
5. We serve the Dip of Chipotle and cauliflor or use it to accompany some meat, such as breasts stuffed with spinach and cheese, or baked corn tortillas.
