Chimichurri recipe for beef round

Ingredients to make chimichurri for the veal round:
3 tablespoons of dehydrated oregano
3 tablespoons of dehydrated parsley
1 tablespoon of ground chili
2 cloves of garlic
2 laurel leaves
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of salt
150 cc. of white vinegar
200 cc. of oil

Ingredients to make chimichurri for the veal round:

2. Put a bottle in boiling water and leave it for a few minutes to sterilize it. This will last much more preparation.
