2 tablespoons of Clear Fino 1 small leek cut fine 1 small onion cutting fine 50 gr. of mushrooms cut to lames 1 tablespoon of butter 50 ml. of fresh milk 1/2 l. of sauce to white wine (see sauce to white wine) |
