Breton Salsa Recipe

Inch in a saucepan with butter the celery, the leek, the onion and the mushrooms.

Ingredients to make Breton sauce:
2 tablespoons of Clear Fino
1 small leek cut fine
1 small onion cutting fine
50 gr. of mushrooms cut to lames
1 tablespoon of butter
50 ml. of fresh milk
1/2 l. of sauce to white wine (see sauce to white wine)

Ingredients to make Breton sauce:

2. Add the sauce to the white wine and reduce by half.

3. Before serving add the fresh milk cream.

4. Special for fish.
