Ingredients to make apple and ginger chutney:
1. To prepare this apple chutney, we sauté the chopped onions in chopped olive oil.

2. When the onion is transparent, we add the ginger and cinnamon. We mix well and let cook for one or two minutes.

3. Next, we add the brown sugar and let it melt. Then, we add the vinegar, the orange juice and the zest, and wait for it to boil to continue with the preparation of apple chutney.
Trick: Don worry if sugar caramelizes, in the end it will dissolve again. Just make sure you don burn.

4. Finally, we add the peeled apples and cut into pieces. Cover the pot and let everything together for 10-15 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
