Ingredients to make wakame salad:

2. Enter wakame algae in a bowl with water to hydrate them and leave them for 15 minutes or the time indicated by the manufacturer. They can be put in pieces or whole.





3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into pieces, which can be in half or in the rooms. Wash the radishes and do the same. Cut the onion into pieces too. And if you want to give your Wakame Salad a different touch, use Cherry Tomatoes confited.





4. Peel the cucumber and cut it into squares or slices, as you like.





5. Take all the previous ingredients, except algae, and place them at the source that you will use to serve the salad.





6. After 15 minutes, take out the algae and clean them with their hands under the tap because sometimes they carry a little sand. Drain them well.





7. Once you have drained algae, cut them in thin strips or in larger pieces. Again, you decide how you want to add it to your salad.





8. Add Wakame algae to the salad and mix them with the other ingredients. Prepare a vinaigrette to season the dish. You can choose to mix olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar or try with some more elaborate, such as honey and mustard vinaigrette or orange vinaigrette.
