3 mature tomatoes
125 grams of pearls from mozzarella
1 can of anchovies in oil
50 grams of green olives
1 jet of vinegar

1. We start washing and drying the tomatoes. We remove their hearts and chop them leaving the skin. Then, we put them in a wide bowl.

3. We remove the excess oil and salt to anchovies, we split them in pieces and put them in the salad bowl to continue with the preparation of the tomato and mozzarella salad.
