Wet the hygaditos with the Oporto wine and the brandy, put it in a bowl and cover it with milk. Get it for a week in the refrigerator trying to remove the hygaditos, at least once a day, with a wooden spoon. If the salad is prepared at the bottom of the dishes, it is put to salt and pepper. The same pan, with the thickery left by the hygaditos flambea came from Porto and binds as if it were a sauce and the salads with it are napa.
