Ingredients to make surimi salad with lettuce and apple:
1. We begin the Surimi salad by cutting the lettuce. Then, we wash it, centrifuger and reserve. If we don have a centrifuger for lettuce, we leave it in the drainer to release all possible water.
2. We wash the apple, dry it and cut it into daditos. We put it in a salad bowl. Apart, we chop the Surimi sticks and add them to the bowl. If surimi is frozen, we must remember to get it out of the freezer in advance. If you forget, you can immerse it in water at room temperature and change it a couple of times; It will take five or ten minutes to be defrosted.
