½ oak leaf lettuce rúcula 250 grams of strawberries 150 grams of buffala mozzarella 2 tablespoons of pine nuts 1 tablespoon soybean 2 tablespoons of Aoves of Aove 1 tablespoon of modena vinegar 2 tablespoons soups of sugar 1 pinch of salt |

Ingredients to make strawberry and mozzarella salad:
1. In order to enhance the taste of the fruit, two hours before making the salad we will put the strawberries cut into pictures to macerate in the balsamic vinegar and a teaspoon of sugar. On the other hand, one hour before the preparation of the dish we will have to submerge in water both oak lettuce and arugula to give more consistency and freshness.
2. After two hours of rest of strawberries, we can get to work with the preparation of fresh salad. To do this, we take a pan, add a tablespoon of water, another sugar, put it on the fire and let the sugar dissolve to form a caramel. Then, add the pine nuts and stir until they are well covered by the caramel. We remove the preparation of the fire and let it cool on sulfurized paper.
3. To prepare the dressing of the strawberry salad we mix the oil with the soybeans, the balsamic vinegar and the salt, always taking into account that the soy brings a large amount of salt. We emulsify this mixture so that all ingredients are integrated well.
4. Finally, we cover the source with lettuce and arugula, previously removing moisture. On them, we extend the mozzarella in slices, the pieces of macerated strawberries and cover it with the previous dressing. Finally, we incorporate the pine nuts and ready!
