Ingredients to make spring chicken salad.
2 large chicken supreme.
1 lettuce crespa green.
2 grated carrots.
1 sweet corn jar.
2 eggplants cut into pictures. (Mixture of dry oregano, thyme, bay leaf and salt)

Ingredients to make spring chicken salad.

2. Cut the supreme or chicken breast into medium paintings.





3. In a pan add some sunflower oil, once it is hot add the skilt chicken frames with a little of the salt fine herbs.





4. Wash the lettuce and soak it with a little water and white vinegar, wash again and let drain. Mix the grated carrot with lettuce (chopped) and sweet corn.





5. Once the chicken is golden add the eggplants with the chicken to cook with it. Let cook for about 5 to 10 minutes maximum and remove from heat.





6. Mix the chicken and eggplants sauteed with the salad we had previously made, if we want and it is additional to add grated cheese on top. Serve the dish and enjoy.
