100 grams of mix of lettuce
1 handful of picatattes
SALSA César:
2 Filets of anchovy
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, popular in spring-summer

Ingredients to make César de Camarones salad:

1. Once you have all the ingredients ready, the first thing we will do to prepare this salad with shrimp will be to prepare the César sauce. To do this, mix all the ingredients well and correct texture and flavor by adding a little more mayonnaise or cheese and reserve in the fridge. If you want the step by step to make this dressing you can check the homemade César sauce recipe.

2. Once the dressing is ready, we will cook the shrimp. If you want you can use fresh shrimp, I have preferred to use frozen that is already peeled. Take them to a pan, without oil, and cook for a few minutes until they are ready.

3. Next, place in a bowl wide enough, the green, the picatostes and the shrimp. Stir everything well so that the ingredients are distributed as even as possible. The César salad is normally made with Roman lettuce, but you can make a mixture with watercress, canons and lettuce if you prefer.

4. Finally, add the César sauce and mix with all the ingredients. I recommend you put sauce little by little until I get the right term. If you throw a lot to the first, the salad may be very strong.

5. Serve the César salad with shrimp and enjoy this delight as the main dish to refresh the day. And if you are not in summer but in winter, I recommend trying the low -calorie winter salad that also carries shrimp!
