1. To prepare this refreshing and delicious salad Capore, leaves the ingredients ready. Then, make the pesto sauce liquefying all the ingredients of it.
2. Once the pesto sauce is ready, wash the tomatoes and cut them into fine slices, as seen in the photograph.
3. Cut the fresh mozzarella also in fine slices, trying to have the same thickness as the slices of tomato so that the capped salad is perfect.
4. You already have everything ready to mount the fresh salad! It is very easy, starts from outside. First, place a strip of tomato slices bordering the entire plant. Then, a canoe of mozzarella cheese, another tomato and ends with cheese in the center. Finally, distribute the sauce and add a pinch of salt if you want. It is done!
