Ingredients to make raw broccoli salad:

1. First we prepare the broccoli. We can make the salad with raw or cooked broccoli, which implies leaving it very little time in boiling water. It has to be hard, as I say: Al dente. If you cook it too much it will get rid of the salad and, above all, you will lose a lot of grace. The idea is that it is crispy, that is why it is preferable to use it raw.





2. Next, we add the chopped onion in a bowl, the grains of Granada (remember to clean them well so that they do not carry any rest of the skin because if they will not bitter), the raisins, the pipes (we can toast them a little first), the salt and the pepper. We mix well and add the cooked and drained broccoli, and mix.





3. Finally, we add to the yogurt and stir. At this point it is better to row, wash your hands well and mix the broccoli and yogurt salad with them.
