Provencal salad recipe

Ingredients to make Provencal Salad:
For 4 people ::
1 small lettuce
2 red endibias of Verona
2 bunches of pearl
4 Hojitas de boraja or fresh green
2 cloves of garlic
the bark of two slices of whole wheat bread
2 hard eggs
2 tablespoons of fruit vinegar
1 tablespoon of strong mustard
1/2 teaspoon of newly ground black pepper
5 tablespoons of olive oil

Ingredients to make Provencal Salad:

2. Eliminate the toughest part of the trunk and wash the leaves.

3. Let them drain.

4. Cut them into pieces.

5. Wash the Perifollo, Las Bojitas de Borraja and La Verlaga.

6. Chop it and mix them with lettuce and endibia.

7. Peel the garlic cloves, split one and rub the bark of bread.

8. Chop all fine garlic.

9. Cut the bark in Daditos and add them to the salad with chopped garlic.

10. Peel and chop the eggs.

11. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl, add the oil and remove well.

12. Aliñar the salad with this vinaigrette.

13. Serve decorated with the hard egg.
