Potato salad recipe

Cook the potato until it is soft, then pellala and cut it into small pieces and place the potato in a deep and large container where you can combine all the ingredients.

Ingredients to make potato salad:
For 4 people ::
2 pounds (about 900 gr.) Popes (the pounds are optional according to the people you have invited.)
A chicken (if you do not like chicken you can put a lobster)
1 can of alverjas ( peas)
1 can of carries
1 very large onion (from the non -long head)
2 eggs
mayonas.

Ingredients to make potato salad:

2. When it is hot, be the mayonnaise and notice that it is well mixed, put the alverja, and the carrot and mix with the potato and the mayonnaise.

3. Place the eggs to cook several minutes until they are completely hard.
