2. Take a pan over medium heat, add a little sunflower oil and fry the eggplants until golden.
3. Take a Honda pot with water over medium heat. Once this boils add the asparagus and cook for about 10 minutes. Retrieve and reserve.

7. Serve the salad making a bed with the Crespa lettuce, adding the sauteed eggplants and on top of the seafood with the pineapple and a little of the sauce of this preparation, we adorn with the asparagus and enjoy.
