Ingredients to make pasta salad with chicken and vegetables:

2. First, lets cook the spirals (or any type of short paste that you want) in abundant boiling water with a little salt. Once boiled, we drain the pasta, pass it through cold water and reserve.

3. We bring the boneless chicken thighs, salt and pepper and fry in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. When the meat is ready, we reserve and let it cool a little before adding it to the salad. You can also use chicken breast, but it is always a little more dry.
4. We peel the carrot and tomato and chop them into squares not too small, as we indicated in the image. We place the vegetables in a salad bowl.
