1. Lets cook the pasta. To do this, we started putting water in a casserole and taking it to the fire. When it breaks to boil, add the pasta and remove from time to time until it is at the dente, that is, cooked but firm. We put in a drainer and let all the water release. I have used the variety of cresta di galllo paste, but another without problems can be used.
2. Apart, we also cook the eggs. For this, in a saucepan we put the eggs, cover them with water and put them on the fire. When they break boil we wait 7-8 minutes, we remove, drain the hot water and cover with cold water. After five minutes we peel and reserve.
3. We cut the finite lettuce, wash it very well and centrifuged it. We reserve. If you do not have lettuce centrifugator, leave it in a drainer to release the greatest amount of water and the César pasta salad does not remain too liquid.
