Octopus and potato salad recipe

Ingredients to make octopus salad and potatoes:
200 grams of cooked octopus
2 potatoes
1 piece of onion
1 tomato
1 piece of green pepper
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 jet of white wine vinegar
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of fresh parsley

Ingredients to make octopus salad and potatoes:

1. We gather all the ingredients to make the octopus salad and potatoes. If octopus is left over, you can take the opportunity to prepare some delicious octopus tacos.





2. First, we peel and cook the potatoes in plenty of boiling water with a little salt. To take less time to cook, we cut them into pieces. The cooking time is about 10 minutes.





3. We cut the scallion in Julian. If you do not have onion you can use common onion or leek.





4. Next, we cut the tomato into small segments and place it in a salad bowl. For octopus and potato salad we have used salad tomato.





5. Finally, we cut the green pepper into small squares, as indicated in the image. We place all the vegetables in a salad bowl and reserve.

7. Once the potatoes have been cooked, let them cool and add them to the salad bowl. We mix all the ingredients of the octopus salad and potatoes.
