We present a fresh and very easy to prepare salad, in about 20 minutes it will be finished. A perfect incoming to accompany any main summer dish. It is a humble and simple dish, tasty for the palate. Ingredients to make Murcia salad with tuna:
1. We start putting a saucepan with water and eggs. Cook for about 10 minutes until they are left at their point and that the yolk does not pass too much or be raw when we open them. Once cooked, we put them in cold water and let them stand.
Trick: A trick to peel cooked eggs is more easily adding some vinegar in the water during cooking.
2. While the eggs are there in the fire, we cut the onion into julienne. It is possible that the onion has a strong flavor, this can spoil the taste of the rest of the ingredients in our salad; To do this, we can put a pan over low heat and throw the onion, without letting it brown, just about 5 minutes. Once we finished we remove the onion on a plate until it loses a little heat. A second option, on a deep plate we put cold water with a little salt, let stand a few minutes and rinse. Thus its flavor will be softer.
3. We prepare the canned tomatoes, for this we take each of them and we are cut into pieces, the size will depend on our tastes, but in small tacos it will be fine. We can use a deep source, we throw the tomato and part of the liquid.
4. Next, we peel the eggs and cut them into slices. We prepare the tuna can, drain and shred slightly with a fork.
5. We incorporate all the ingredients we have already prepared next to the olives and season with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and a salt point to taste. We mix everything very well, we try the salad and see if we have to add more dressing . To taste, as always.
