Ingredients to make lettuce, carrot and beet salad:

2. We will begin the elaboration of the recipe cooking the Beet. To do this, we put water to boil over high heat and, once the boil is reached, we add the beet with the peel, along with the piloncillo and the clove. We let it be cooked for approximately 35 minutes.
