Ingredients to make hot salad with potatoes:
1. Alist all ingredients.
2. Cook the potatoes with peel from cold water with salt, for 20 minutes.
3. Wash and cut the stems of the chard into large pieces; Cook from boiling water for 7 minutes.
4. Once the stems are cooked, in the same water introduce the leaves and cook for 1 minute, this in order to enhance their color.
5. Cut the potatoes in crescent and sauté in a pan with olive oil until golden brown, salt and pepper.
6. Saute the onion and garlic finely chopped, for 5 minutes.
7. Add the leaves, the stem and incorporate everything. Add the lemon juice, rectify salt and pepper flavor.
8. Serve the potatoes and cover with the sautéed of chard. This vegan tempered salad of chard with potatoes is ideal to serve as an incoming or as a garnish of other dishes such as vegan rice roast or something completely different as a golden fried.
