Habichuelas and Carrot Salad Recipe

It is a very nutritious dish and if you want to give it a little more flavor you can add a hard egg, a little bacon or even ham pieces.

Ingredients to make bean salad and carrot:
1 kilogram of green beans
500 grams of carrots
1 can of sweet corn
250 grams of peas
1 cup of mayonnaise sauce
â…“ cup of water
½ chopped onion
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make bean salad and carrot:

1. Wash the beans and remove the fibers; Then cut the tips, cut them in small pieces and put them in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt until they are soft but to the dente.





2. Lava the carrots, péllalas and trócelales in squares/rectangles. Tell them also in another pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt.





3. Wash the peas and cook them in another separate pot with a pinch of salt. It is more elaborate but we cannot cook all the vegetables of the green beans salad together because each one has their cooking time.





4. In a small bowl add the cup of mayonnaise sauce, the chopped onion and a pinch of salt and stir well, then add the third of water and stir again to get the dressing.

5. In a salad bowl or source adds beans, carrots, peas and well-drained sweet corn can, and stir to mix everything well.





6. Serve the bean and carrot salad mixed with the dressing or put it apart as I do prefer. To decorate this carrot salad and beans you can put a hard-boiled egg and split in half for example.
