Gula and salmon salad recipe

The salmon is very fine and seasoned with a slightly squeezed and pepper lemon.

250 gr. Gulas
200 gr. smoked salmon
lettuce (of various types)
avocado
tomato
olive oil
1 clove
vinagre
perejil
chives
salt and pepper

2. Avocado and tomato are mixed, peeled and cut into small dice.

3. The chopped onion is added. In a bowl, olive oil, chopped garlic and a few drops of lemon juice.

4. The gulas are added and mixed well.

5. To make parsley oil: parsley leaves are separated and put in a casserole with boiling water and when it boils again.

6. We remove them and cool in water.

7. They drain well and crush with olive oil and salt.

8. The lettuce with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper is pushed.

9. To present the plate, a ring is put in the center and in the background, the salmon, the lettuce and on it, the glules.

10. The hoop is removed and the salad is surrounded by parsley oil, some tomato dice, the requiring, etc.

11. It can be served with a little chill oil.

12. Note: You have to be careful not to slip with the oil, since both salmon and gulas are very fatty.
