Ingredients to make fried vegetable salad: |
For 4 people :: 100 grams. Mushrooms 300 grs. Onions 250 grs. Eggplant olive oil 200 grs. Carrots salt 300 grs. Leeks 200 grs. Artichokes flour (special) | For the vinaigreta sauce :: 2 glasses of virgin olive oil 150 grs. Cebollet 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley salt 1/2 glass of vinegar 2 teeth of chopped garlic |
Ingredients to make fried vegetable salad:

8. We drain all vegetables.
9. We assemble the plate and accompany with the vinaigrette sauce served apart.
