Delicious pineapple and prawn salad recipe

In boiling water we cook the prawns for 2 minutes or until they change color and become pink.

Delicious pineapple salad ingredients:
200 g of cooked prawns
150 g of natural pineapple
50 g of varied lettuce
100 ml of milk
50 ml of olive oil
50 ml of sunflower oil
1 lemon
1 egg
10 ml of pineapple juice

2. Once the prawns have been cooked, we cool them into a container with water and ice for another 2 minutes, drain from ice water and peel the prawns.

3. We cut these prawns, reserving four integers and peeled.

4. We cut the pineapple into thick slices and decoratively since inside this slice we will serve the salad.

5. We empty the slices of pineapple and cut its meat into small pieces, placing the pieces on a plate to collect the juice they release.

6. Then, we make a lactonese (mayonnaise made with milk instead of egg).

7. In a glass of the blender we have 1 deciliter of milk, salt and a little lemon juice.

8. Beat the mixture and when we thickens, little by little, and still beat, sunflower oil and a little olive oil to form a compact and creamy sauce.

9. Next, we incorporate the pineapple juice and ketchup and mix the whole set with a spoon to form a pink sauce.

10. We distribute in the slices of pineapple some leafy leaves slightly seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice, and on them we place the pieces of pineapple and seafood. We sack everything with the pink sauce.

11. We adorn each salad with a peeled and whole shrimp of those we have reserved, grated cooked egg with a freshly cut passion and chives.

12. We serve the cold salad.
