Ingredients to make cucumber salad with grated carrot:
1. We peel the cucumbers and cut them into slices to start preparing the detox salad. We put them in a wide bowl.
2. We peel the carrot, scratch it and put it with the cucumber.
3. We drain the olives and chives in vinegar and add them to the salad bowl with the previous ingredients.
4. We drain the horse from the mackerel, make it pieces and incorporate it into the cucumber detox salad.
5. We drain the cheese and split it in dice. We reserve it for a moment.
