Chicken César Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make chicken césar salad:
1 Bone chicken breast
1 Roman lettuce unit
2 units of lemon
2 Egg units
150 grams of Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 pinch of garlic pasta
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
2 teaspoons of olive oil

Ingredients to make chicken césar salad:

1. The first step to perform this recipe is to prealist the ingredients of the César salad. If you do not find Roman lettuce in the supermarket, you can replace it with green crespa lettuce.





2. The first thing we must do is cut the chicken breast and add some dressings to season. To give it a special touch, we will add little of onion powder and oregano or thyme.





3. While chicken is permeated from the ingredients we add, we will disinfect lettuce. To do so, with the hand we cut the lettuce into medium pieces, it is important that we do not cut with a knife since it will oxidize us. Then, we take the lettuce to a bowl and cover with enough water, add some vinegar or the juice of a lemon and let soak for 10 minutes, in this way we will disinfect the lettuce. Remove from the bowl and let the lettuce drain.
