Carrot recipe in salad (Moroccan recipe)

Ingredients to make carrots in salad (Moroccan recipe):
For 4 people ::
1 kg. of carrots
200 gr. of Corinth raisins
1 dl. OF OIL
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 clove of garlic
2 Pinches of saffron
ginger powder
canela powder
cumin
salt
2 tablespoons of acacia honey

Ingredients to make carrots in salad (Moroccan recipe):

2. Cut into slices of 2 cm. thick and reserve.

3. Heat the olive oil in a thick bottom casserole.

4. Add the carrots, give them a few laps and add the peeled and died garlic, the vinegar, the saffron, a teaspoon of ginger and a pinch of salt.

5. Water with 1/2 l. of water and mix.

6. Cover the casserole and let cook for 10 minutes.

7. Add the raisins, remove and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.

8. Incorporate honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

9. Mix and let cook over low heat, for 10 minutes.

10. Sprinkle with cumin and serve tempered or cold.
