50 grs. of pato ham
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
1 lazy lettuce
100 grs. from beros
corn cooked
4 mushrooms
vinaigreta ::
6 Cuch. of olive oil
2 cuch. of wine vinegar
6 strands of saffron
1 mouth garlic
salt

Ingredients to make Azafran vinaigrette salad:

2. We place the lettuce leaves on the circle plate.

3. We cut a tomato into segments and place the lettuce on top.

4. In the center we place a handful of watercress.

5. Apart, we fille some mushrooms and cut the cucumber into slices. We place everything on the tomato.

6. We cover everything with corn grains.

7. Then, we make the vinaigrette and with it we spray the salad.

8. Finally, we put the duck ham rolls with the slices and serve.

9. The originality of this vinaigrette that accompanies the plate, lies in adding some strands of saffron to it, which brings aroma, flavor and color.
